OUR VISION

Most Personal Trainers and Gyms focus their Vision on improving their clients health and fitness, and Velocity is no different. However, we also consider the wider ranging impact that an educated and empowered client has – they can also influence their social circle to be healthier and fitness minded. Friends, family and colleagues will also come to have an understanding of the M.A.R.T.I.A.L. System and the simple health and fitness principles that is provided. Ideally those people come and train with Velocity Fitness, or take further steps to improve their health and fitness in their own ways – families, friends and workplaces bond over fitness and healthy activities. As the ripples spreads through the community we see a drop in chronic disease and age related illnesses, and subsequent drop in health care cost burdens on a governmental level which allows for increase budgetary spend on education, welfare and addressing climate change.

By focusing on the client on a macro level, rather than just purely on an individual level, Velocity Fitness Group’s Vision is to be a Personal Training provider that can have a massive positive impact!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Velocity Fitness is a fitness alternative, combining personal training with the basic foundations of martial arts functional training. Just as you journey from White to Black Belt in Martial Arts, you will go through the fundamental body mechanics and movements required to slowly develop confidence and coordination. This training philosophy means that you are always in control of your progression, and will never feel overwhelmed throughout your health and fitness journey.

We are passionate about EMPOWERMENT of our clients, and we offer a framework called the M.A.R.T.I.A.L. System that educates and supports you to make your own health and fitness decisions. You won’t get many Personal Trainers tell you that Exercise isn’t the only solution to your health and fitness goals. However, at Velocity Fitness we believe that Exercise is only part of the solution. If you’re stressed, tired, not getting the right nutrition, not drinking enough water, or injured, the last thing you want to do is exercise. At the end of the day, Exercise is a stress on the body, and you have to get the right conditions to manage your health and fitness.
